Temporary Staffing
Temporary staffing is the ideal solution for special projects, peak season needs, medical leaves and vacation replacements.

Temporary to Permanent
We believe that this is the absolute best way for companies to hire entry level personnel. We also think this the best way for our employees to demonstrate their abilities with a "working interview" and to determine if a company is the right company for them. Westaff employees can be evaluated on the job for a specified period of time prior to becoming a permanent employee. Westaff employees can be transitioned to permanent status at any point prior to completion of the specified time period. Pro-rated transition fees will be quoted upon request.

Contract Staffing
Contract Staffing is our solution for clients that choose to outsource recruiting, benefits, employment relationships and payroll functions for long term projects. Because Westaff is the legal employer, all benefits are paid or provided to the employee by Westaff.

Direct Hire Services
In certain cases, direct hire is the only solution to hiring the right candidate. Westaff fees are very reasonable and start at 10% of first year salary depending on the job category, volume and client expectations. All fees are employer paid.

Westaff offers a cost effective fee structure to satisfy every budget and every client concern. Volume discounts are available for clients that we continuously recruit for and for larger recruiting projects. We offer a fee payment plan that takes the risk out of Direct Placement.

Testing and Employee Screening
Westaff utilizes the latest in web based testing and technology to recruit, test and screen applicants. We offer a variety of customizable programs to meet the needs of our clients. All Westaff associates are tested at no charge to the client in advance of being placed with our clients. For a nominal fee, Westaff New Orleans will evaluate client recruited candidates to insure that candidates have the necessary skills. Testing fees start at $25.00 per candidate.
